Shelvit Clothing will ensure to work with all of our valued customers regarding our return policy. It is the right of the buyer to read website information prior to purchase. Please be kind and courteous to our staff as we show all of our customers. Should it be deemed that offensive behaviour has occurred to our staff during this process, Shelvit Clothing holds the right to cease any rights of return to the customer. Bottom line we will ensure to work with you so work with us!

Can I Return My Item?

 

Shelvit Clothing will accept returns of manufacturing faults but will not exchange for change of mind or size exchange. We are a company that print on demand to ensure we stand with our values of supporting the environment and making sure we do not endure wastage. We go to large measures to ensure product information including measurements on each item product and pride ourselves on production, making sure each item is within production by 8 hours of receiving the order. Therefore it is the right of the buyer to ensure they are responsible to checking product information before buying a product from our store. Shelvit Clothing has the right to request photo evidence via email to ensure this is in line with how it left our warehouse manufacturer should a item be faulty.

 

Do NOT send any returns to us prior to speaking to the customer service staff by email at shelvitclothing@gmail.com. You must be issued a return authorisation prior to sending any goods. Packages sent without first contacting us will NOT be accepted.

For any returned items, you will NOT be refunded the original cost of shipping.

Possible Outcomes

Exchange of faulty product: We'll cover the return shipping costs and start processing your new order as soon as we have your return on its way back to us.

Store Credit: Prefer to choose something else later? We'll give you a discount code equal to the value of your returned item. You can use this for any future purchase. 

 

Extra Information

Any late requests past 14 days won't be accepted.

Please allow a couple of weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to show up on your statement. We will be in touch throughout the process to keep you updated.
