Our store is hosted on Wix Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

We have made every effort to display our product range as accurately as possible, including colours and sizing.  We can’t guarantee a perfect match every time due to almost limitless variations in home monitor set ups and operating systems.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or available quantities are incorrectly due to process, typing or data error, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed and refund monies paid. We will contact you to discuss the issue and await your response to proceed, change or cancel your order.

Product Warranty

Warranty will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis for any manufacturing faults, which covers any component or structure of the item being faulty, or not as described. Please also see our return policy.  We will not be responsible for product faults caused by misuse or failure to follow care instructions.

 

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please email us immediately at shelvitclothing@gmail.com during business hours. Orders can only be cancelled if we are contacted prior to manufacturing / shipping. Our returns policy is available to address changes to the order after the order has been shipped.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
